GG288 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Malaysia's Online Casino & Betting Platform

01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the GG288 website accessible at gg288.run and all associated subdomains, including the mobile application where available.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by the User on the GG288 Platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slots, table games, Live Casino, and sports betting activities available on GG288.
• "Bonus" covers all rewards, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other offers made available by GG288 to its users.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a request made by a User to transfer funds from their GG288 account balance to their personal financial account.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited by the User into their GG288 account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by GG288 to comply with financial compliance obligations.

02 Registration Eligibility and Age Requirements

GG288 only accepts users who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy all of the requirements below:

1. You are 18 years of age or older or the legal age requirement in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
2. You are a resident or citizen of Malaysia, or are located in a country where use of the GG288 platform is permitted under local law.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
4. You have never been banned or prohibited from using any gambling service for legal reasons or by self-exclusion.
5. The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

03 User Account and Security

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) GG288 account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. The following are your responsibilities with regard to your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• You must notify GG288 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

GG288 supports a wide range of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Accepted deposit methods are:

GG288 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. GG288 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised source.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the "Withdrawal" section of their GG288 account. The following terms apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• GG288 aims to process withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes business days. Withdrawals made at night or over the weekend may take longer depending on the processing party.
• For withdrawal amounts exceeding RM 5,000, additional identity verification (KYC Level 2) may be required, including a selfie with your identification document.
• GG288 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your digital wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

06 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

GG288 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

07 Game Rules

All games provided by GG288 – including video slots, live baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette, poker, football betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League, Champions League), badminton betting, and other games – are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system or by the actual results of sporting events monitored by independent parties.
• Any game result that has been verified is final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, GG288 will endeavour to restore the situation to its state prior to the disruption. If this is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and the full amount returned to the user's account.

08 Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct

User GG288 are prohibited from doing the following. Any breach of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automation software, bots, or any other technological tools to manipulate games or GG288 systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the GG288 platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an offensive manner toward other players or GG288 staff.
• Abusing the bonus system in ways not intended by GG288.
